this is not gonna be just a baking blog...

i've decided to make this blog more than just baking i want it to be any thing i feel like so if you see any random posts soon its because of this.

so hows life? its one of the things i say often quite loudly and have people look at me strangly, im just naturly a LOUD person and I'm also definetly a klutz in the kichen. A few weeks ago i was making sponge cake (oh man i still have to post that don't i) oh well, any way and i spilled half the bottle of vanilla extract into a big bowl of batter let's just say it wasn't exactly a good cake...

I think I failed my science exam, ihope i didnt fail my science exam,oh well i think i failed my science exam (sigh) you know i wish i could do this blog as a video cause than my words would come out better, but it's supposedly "a breach of your privacy"

oh well anyway see you later

Sorry

Im really sorry i didnt post for a while I've just been super busy anyway... i have a really awesome chocolate cake recipe thats really moist and is a real keeper. I'll post it soon so keep an eye out for it

MERINGUES!!!!!!!!

So I am pretty much a beginner to cooking I don't have all the fancy ingredients so most of my recipes will be made of ingredients you usually find around the house. So my latest is meringues this is a really easy recipe I found hope you like it.

MERINGUES!!!!!!!!!!!

You will need:
4 egg whites
about 1 cup of sugar (see step 2)

1. Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Weigh the egg whites you will need exactly double the weight of sugar to egg whites.

3. Whisk egg whites until they are stiff and form peaks.

4. Gradually add half the sugar, a tablespoon at a time whisking in between.

5. Gently fold the remaining sugar into the mixture, trying to lose as little air as possible.

6. Put tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet leaving 2 cm gaps in between each.

7. Bake I the center of the oven for 1 hour.

8. Turn off oven and leave meringues to cool inside for 10-15 minutes.

9. Remove from oven onto a wire rack to cool.
